5C8A: S-POSNL - Like S-POSN for lower part of screen
Read by the routines at PO_FETCH and ED_COPY, and updated by the routine at PO_STORE. The first byte of this system variable (the column number) is accessed by the routine at ED_COPY via the IY register at IY+$50.
